At Aspire, we want to make sure our brands have successful, mutually beneficial partnerships with creators! We completely understand how frustrating it can be to not hear back from a creator, especially after sending product.
Our protocol right now is to ask that you, the brand, send one final follow-up email to the creator. If you still do not hear back from the creator(s) within 72 hours, please email [email protected] and let us know that you have attempted this.
As a last courtesy, one of the members of our Support Team will then attempt to make contact to the creator as well to see if this prompts a response from them.
It is important to note though, that while this collaboration was completed through Aspire, we are simply a third-party platform that provides a space for brands and creators to connect. While we encourage everyone to participate positively, we do not have direct control over their individual actions, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
