š” Aspire has a feature that allows brands to archive old and/or inactive campaigns!
Archiving a campaign allows you to:
Continue scaling: Keep on scaling your marketing programs through new campaigns while still meeting your accountās project caps.
Improve organization: Stay organized within Aspire by simplifying campaign management on the home page and across Elevate since archived campaigns will be hidden from the default view.
And you get these benefits while still maintaining access to all the data and insights from archived campaigns. š
Important: There is not currently a way to unarchive a campaign in the platform. If you accidentally archived a campaign, reach out to [email protected].
How to Archive a Campaign
Go to your campaign Settings.

Under the Setup tab, click on the Additional Settings dropdown, scroll down, and click Archive Campaign.

You will receive a pop-up message to confirm the action. Click Archive to proceed.
How to View Archived Campaigns
To view archived campaigns, click on Campaign and select Archived.
A pop-up message showing the Date and the User who archived the campaign will appear once you click on an archived campaign.
š” Note: While you're still able to access your campaign data,
you will not be able to add new members to a campaign once it has been archived.
