Overview

You can now invite creators to your project directly on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube!

Let’s say you are on one of these socials and come across a creator you are interested in partnering with. You can invite the creator to apply to your project or add them to one of your groups with the extension.

How to Download the Chrome Extension

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for “Aspire”. You can also go directly to this link to find the extension. Select “Add to Chrome”.

  2. After this has been added, click on the extension in your navigation bar. A pop-up window will appear and you will be asked to sign in to the extension with the same credentials that you use for logging in to Aspire.

  3. Go to Instagram and navigate to a creator you are interested in collaborating with. Open the Aspire drawer on the right to view the extension.

  4. You will see all of your active projects that you can invite the creator to. Click “Invite” in order to send out an invitation to this creator. To edit an invite template for a project please follow this guide.

  5. Sending the link over Instagram Direct Message: If this creator does not have an email address on file you can select “Copy Invite Link” to grab a link to your project application page onto your clipboard. You can then send a DM to the creator with the link to apply.

  6. Adding the creator to a Group: Lastly, you can add the creator to one of your Groups. Selecting “Add” next to your desired group will drop the creator into your Group on Aspire. You can also create a new Group directly here.

  7. Sending invites from another account: If you are managing multiple brands you can select another brand to send invites from by hovering over your initials on the top right-hand corner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to create an application page first before I can invite through the extension?

Yes, an application page does need to be created first so that your creator has a page to apply to.

I have multiple emails connected, am I able to choose where the invites are coming through?

Yes, you have the option to open a drop-down of all of your connected email inboxes on your Aspire account.

I do not see the option to invite the creator to any of my Projects. I only see the “Copy Invite Link” option.

If you hover over a project and you do not see the option to “Invite” this is because we do not have the creator’s email on file yet. What you can do instead is to copy the link to your clipboard and send it to them through Instagram direct message.
