How to Reconnect Meta to Aspire
In Aspire, click your initials in the bottom-left corner, then select Settings.
From the left-hand menu, click Instagram (Meta) under Integrations.
Click Reconnect next to the disconnected Instagram account. We will attempt to reconnect automatically.
If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to remove Aspire’s access in Facebook and then try reconnecting.
Removing Aspire’s Access in Facebook
Log into your Facebook account.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings & privacy → Settings.
In the left menu, click Business Integrations. If you don’t see this option, try Apps and Websites or Security and Login instead.
Search for "AspireIQ", then click Remove → Remove again to confirm.
Return to Aspire and refresh the Instagram (Meta) integrations page. Your Instagram accounts will now appear as "Disconnected".
Click Add Meta Account and follow the prompts to reconnect.

Why don't I see the AspireIQ app under Business Integrations in my Facebook account?
The AspireIQ app will only appear in the Facebook account of the person who last connected Instagram to Aspire.
For example:
If User A connects Instagram to Aspire, only User A will see AspireIQ in their Facebook settings.
If User B tries to reconnect, User A must first remove AspireIQ from their account before User B can connect.
If the team member who initially made the connection is unable to revoke Aspire’s access in Facebook, contact our Support team at [email protected] for assistance.
