Creating content guidelines for terms is now easier than ever! You can now re-use the content guidelines from any campaign across any other campaigns.
Duplicate Content Guideline Templates from another Campaign
Go to Settings > Workspace > Content
Select the campaign you want to create content guideline templates for.
Click New Content Guideline, then click Select from another project.
Select the appropriate campaign and select the content guideline you want to duplicate.
Select the template you just duplicated and make changes as needed, then click Save.
Duplicate Content Guideline Templates within the same Campaign
Select the campaign you want to create content guideline templates for.
Locate the template you want to duplicate and then click the duplicate icon.
Make any changes needed, then click Save once done.
