Super Tables eliminate the need for manual spreadsheets by providing a customizable workspace that lets you monitor key metrics, manage workflows, and scale campaigns seamlessly—all within Aspire.

  3. Click the icon in the top right of the table and select Edit Columns.

  4. Check the box next to the column(s) you want to add.

  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

🚀 You can quickly find columns by using the search bar or filtering by column group from the “All Data” dropdown.

How to Remove Columns

  1. Navigate to the project where you'd like to make changes.

  2. Select the stage you want to customize.

  3. Click the icon in the top right of the table and select Edit Columns.

  4. Hover over the column you want to remove and click the trash can icon.

  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: The "Name" and "Status" columns cannot be removed from project stages.

How to Re-order Columns

  1. Navigate to the project where you'd like to make changes.

  2. Select the stage you want to customize.

  3. Click the icon in the top right of the table and select Edit Columns.

  4. Click and hold the icon next to the column you want to move.

  5. Drag and drop the column to your desired position.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Add Filters to Project Stages

Quickly sort, filter, and analyze key metrics to identify top-performing creators, track progress, and optimize campaigns in real time.

To add filters to your project stages:

  1. Click the icon in the top right of the table.

  2. Select a data source and data field to filter by.

  3. Select an operator to define how you'd like to filter the data (e.g., is equal to, greater than, contains, etc.).

  4. Enter the condition you want to filter by.

You can also combine multiple filters using the And/Or function:

  • Use And to show results that meet all selected criteria.

  • Use Or to show results that meet at least one of the selected criteria.

Use Expandable Columns

Expandable columns help you access important information without cluttering your project workflow. By default, columns are collapsed to display only essential data, but you can expand them to view more detailed information as needed.

When editing your project columns, you can enable any of the following expandable columns for each relevant Project Stage. You can add the base column along with any or all of the metadata columns.
