We understand that creators may often need their talent managers to be looped into important conversations. Which is why we're introducing a feature that allows you to seamlessly include managers into your communication with creators! šŸŽ‰

Adding a Talent Manager

  1. Go to the creator's Member Profile.

  2. Scroll on the Member Details on right-hand side until you see the Talent Managers section.

  3. Type in the manager's name and email in the text field.

  4. Repeat the process if the creator has multiple talent managers.

Sending Emails from Compose Box

If you check the box for "Always CC in emails", the talent manager will be automatically CC'd in all emails.

Note: You currently cannot remove a manager's email from the Compose box. If you want to remove a talent manager's email, you will need to do so within the creator's member profile.

FAQs

What happens if the talent managerā€™s email changes?

New messages will be sent to the updated email, while replies from the old email will still be in the previous threads.

How are replies from talent managers work?

Replies from managers will automatically be attached to the original email. Multiple replies from different talent managers will be included in the same thread.

What if a talent manager is removed from a creator's profile?

The removed talent manager will not receive new emails, but they can still reply to previous threads.

Will a talent managerā€™s email also get CCā€™d in email automations?

Yes! If a member has a talent manager in their member profile, and the box "Always CC in emailsā€ is checked, the manager will automatically be included in email automations.
