Adding and managing talent managers

We're excited to introduce a new feature that makes it easy to CC talent managers in your communications with creators, ensuring they're always looped into important conversations!

Adding a Talent Manager

  1. Go to the creator's Member Profile.

  2. On the right side under Member Details, scroll down to the Talent Managers section.

  3. Click the + icon.

  4. Enter the talent manager's name and email.

  5. To have the talent manager automatically CC'd on all emails with the member, check the box "Always CC in emails."

  6. Repeat these steps to add more talent managers. You can add up to 3 talent managers per member.

Sending Emails

If you selected "Always CC in emails" for a talent manager, they will be automatically CC'd on all emails sent to the member. To view the email recipients, simply hover over the "To" field.

Note: When the "Always CC in emails" setting is enabled, you cannot remove a talent manager's email from the "To" field. To remove a talent manager from email communications, you’ll need to uncheck the setting "Always CC in emails" on the member's profile.

Editing or Removing a Talent Manager

To edit a talent manager:

  1. Go to the creator's Member Profile.

  2. On the right side under Member Details, scroll down to the Talent Managers section.

  3. Hover over the manager's name and click the pencil icon.

  4. Edit their name or email, or change the "Always CC in emails" setting.

  5. Click the checkmark to save your changes.

To remove a talent manager:

  1. Go to the creator's Member Profile.

  2. On the right side under Member Details, scroll down to the Talent Managers section.

  3. Hover over the manager's name and click the pencil icon.

  4. Click the trash icon to remove the talent manager.


Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the talent manager’s email changes?

You'll need to update the talent manager's email by going to the member's profile. Once updated, new messages will be sent to the updated email and replies from the old email will still appear in existing threads.

How do replies from talent managers work?

Replies are automatically attached to the original email thread. If multiple talent managers reply, their responses will be included in the same thread.

What if a talent manager is removed from a creator's profile?

They will no longer receive new emails but can still reply to previous threads.

Will a talent manager’s email also get CC’d in email automations?

Yes. If a talent manager is listed on a member’s profile and the "Always CC in emails" option is checked, they’ll be automatically CC’d in email automations.

If a talent manager removes the member from an email, can we reply to the talent manager only within the same thread?

Yes. While you can’t start a new message without the member, you can reply to an existing thread where the talent manager has removed the member.

Can we remove the member from an existing thread and only email the talent manager?

Not at this time.

Can the same talent manager be added to multiple member profiles?

Yes.
