Organized into Summary, Posts, Members, and Networks, The Social Dashboard tabs offer a unique perspective on your social performance.

Global Filters & Default Views

By default, all sections of the Social Dashboard display data for the last six months, filtered for active projects, include estimated data, and show Organic metrics.

You can customize your view using the comprehensive filter options:

Date Filters

  • Pre-defined Ranges: This Week, Last Week, Last Month, Month to Date, Last Quarter, Quarter to Date, Last 6 Months, Year to Date, All Time.

  • Custom Date Range: Select specific start and end dates.

  • Date Filter Basis: Toggle between "Insight Date" (default) and "Post Publish Date."

  • Projects

  • Groups

  • Networks

  • Post Type

  • Creator Tier

  • Exclude Estimated Data (toggle)

  • Exclude Paid Data (toggle) → Coming Soon!

Summary Metrics

The Summary Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your overall social performance across all connected social accounts through breakdowns in reach, impressions, engagement, and TMV. Change your filters to get a granular view of metrics.

Interact with Charts

Follower Growth: Hover over the graph to view follower count at different dates to understand growth trends

Total Media Value (TMV): Hover over sections of the chart to view your TMV across social platforms

Key Metrics Trends: View growth in reach, impressions, and engagement over time. Hover over these charts at different dates to view how that’s broken down across social platforms

View Top Posts

Top Performers: A list or visual display of your highest-performing posts based on key metrics.

Top Creators: A list or visual display of creators with the best social performance.
