Rewards and Email automations at the offer level help you reduce manual effort while keeping creators engaged at key moments. This keeps your community active, builds momentum, and drives motivation with just a few clicks.
Offer Email Automations
Go to your Offer Settings, then Select Automation, and then choose one of the available templates:
Offer Welcome Email - Send a welcome email when a member is added to an offer.
Reward Unlocked - Notify creators when they earn a reward.
Tier Unlocked - Notify creators when they unlock a new commission tier (via automated tier logic)
Milestone Emails
Tier Progress Nudge - Sends when A creator crosses a percentage of the way to their next payout tier
Conversion Milestone Reached - Send an email when A creator's total conversions cross a milestone
Sales Milestone Reached - Triggers an email when A creator's total sales cross a dollar milestone

Sales Reward - triggers when creators meet a specific amount of sales
Conversion Reward - triggers when creators meet a certain number of conversions
Recurring Reward - sends a creator a free product once per time window (ie monthly, quarterly etc). Guide here.
Content Performance Reward - triggers when creators achieve specified content performance (ie total content, impressions, engagements, etc). Guide here

Yes. Each automation (e.g., Reward Unlocked, Tier Unlocked) is configured independently and can run in parallel.

Most automations are triggered once per milestone, such as Tier Unlocked or Reward Unlocked. However, “X away” automations can trigger multiple times based on the thresholds defined.
What happens if a creator already qualified before the automation was turned on?

Reward Unlocked / Tier Unlocked: The email will only be sent for new rewards or tiers unlocked.
“X away” emails: These will only be sent once a new conversion or sale brings the creator to the specified threshold.
