If you are unable to request payment after completing a collaboration, it means that the brand handles their payments internally, so they had to disable their payment request feature and will pay you upon the agreed date. If you're unsure when to expect payment, please refer to your collaboration terms.

If you see Net60, this means that payment will be made within 60 days of the post due date. This is done for a number of reasons, such as collecting engagement numbers on the posts performance. In most cases, we can usually send payment to you sooner than that. It just depends!

We recommend messaging the brand to let them know your approved content has been posted on your social channel. From there, they will let you know how they handle their own payment processes.
