An overview of each project stage and some best practices when creating custom workflows

We’ve ditched the "one-size-fits-all" approach to influencer marketing. With our platform, you can easily create your own customizable workflow to eliminate your manual processes. Keep reading to learn more about workflow stages and how to best set up your project for success.

Most common workflow stages:

  • πŸ‘‹ Send Welcome Email: Compose a message to welcome new members to your project and provide a brief overview of what to expect.

  • πŸ“¨ Briefs: This is where you will outline exactly what kind of content you are looking for and when you'd like it completed by. These briefs become legally binding so it's important to strike the right balance between getting what you need and allowing the creator to have creative freedom.

  • πŸ“« Member Information: Ensure you always have up-to-date information by requesting members to update their shipping address in one easy click.

  • πŸ“ˆ Sales Links + Promo Codes: Mass generate codes and links for your influencers, then email them their code/link

  • 🎁 Product Fulfillment: Automatically send product, track shipments and update influencers on the progress of their gift order via our Shopify integration

  • πŸ›’ Creator Product Selection: Ask your members to select their own product from a catalog you set up in Aspire. Once they submit their order, you can approve or make edits to their orders, and then it will automatically sync to your Shopify back end so your fulfillment team can send members their products. You can also choose to reject orders if needed, and then ask creators to select new products again.

  • πŸ‘€ Content: Set up structured approval processes and allow creators to submit their work for review before they post (You must include Terms to be able to review content)

  • πŸ’° Payment: Send payment hassle-free directly to creators via our PayPal.

Optional stages you may consider including:

  • Contract: Our HelloSign integration enables you to easily send contracts to individuals or multiple members at once.

  • Track Posts: Not all projects or collaborations will include Terms, which means you need an easy way to keep track of who is posting what. This is where Track Posts comes in! This stage uses social listening to keep tabs on what your members are posting about you on Instagram and assigns their content to the proper project.

  • Product Request Form: Allows you to review all your creator order requests in a single view and simplifies your product distribution & tracking processes. To learn more about this feature, kindly click this article.

πŸ“Œ Important Notes:

  • The "Track Posts" stage is currently only available for Instagram content.

  • If you're using Terms and Receive Content + Posts in your project workflow, you do not need to include Track Posts as well.

How to Add Custom Stages

You can create any stage you need by clicking "Add Stage", then selecting "Custom stage". For example, you can send a thank you note post-collab or ask for a product review.
