Tracking your performance as a content creator or affiliate is key to your success. That’s why we’ve created the Affiliate Performance Dashboard — a centralized hub to monitor your performance, commissions, and payouts.
In this dashboard, you'll be able to:
Access your promo code and/or affiliate link
Review the commission structure for your offer
Track conversions and view your expected commission earnings
See your commission payment history, including pending and paid amounts
How to Access Your Dashboard
There are two ways to access your dashboard:
1. Via the campaign task
Log in to your Creator Portal, select the campaign related to the offer, then click View Sales Link or View Promo Code.
Note: Brands can send an email to share the direct link, but you need to be logged into the Creator Portal to access it.
2. Offers Tab
Log in to your Creator Portal, go to the Campaign tab, select the brand, click on "My Offers", and select an offer you want to view stats for.
Inside Your Dashboard
Overview Tab
Within the Overview tab, you'll see the following:
—Your stats
Review key performance metrics for an offer, including:
Clicks: Total clicks on your affiliate link
Conversions: Total number of conversions (e.g., purchases, sign ups, form submissions) that were attributed to your link or promo code
Sales: Total sales attributed to your link or code (in USD)
Earnings: Total amount earned from conversions
—Your Offer Details
Find and copy your promo code and/or affiliate link, and a custom deep link generator (if enabled by the brand).
If the brand has enabled deep linking, you'll see a widget that lets you create links for specific products or pages — perfect for tailoring links to match your content and what you're promoting. Learn more about deep linking.
💡Pro tip: Click "Share my offer" to quickly view and copy your promo code and/or link.
—Your Commission Tier
Your commission tier outlines the commission rate you'll receive. If a brand is using a tiered commission structure, you can click "View All Tiers" to see your current level and the next milestone you must hit to unlock a higher commission tier.
Note: Payout information is optional for brands to display. Some sections may be hidden depending on the offer.
Payments
This section shows the details of the commissions you've earned and the full history of your completed commission payments
—Payment stats:
Total Paid: Total amount you've been paid so far
Pending: Total amount of commission payments currently pending
Total Due: Total commission owed to you
—Completed Payments:
Date paid
Total amount in sales
Payment amount
Payment status (Paid)
Rewards
If the brand is offering performance-based rewards, they’ll appear under the Rewards tab with details on how to unlock them. Click on each reward for more details.
