At Aspire, it is our #1 goal to make sure our brands have successful, mutually beneficial partnerships with creators! We completely understand how frustrating it can be to not hear back from a creator, especially after sending product.

Our protocol right now is to ask that you, the brand, send one final follow-up email to the creator. If you still do not hear back from the creator(s) within 72 hours, please email [email protected] and let us know that you attempted final outreach and that 72 hours have passed without a response.

One of the members of our Support Team will then attempt to make contact to the creator as well. If we still do not hear back from the creators, we will touch base with our team to find you the best resolution.
