We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the product you received. We always urge our creators to be honest with the brands if they don't feel comfortable proceeding with a campaign!

Anytime a creator accepts collaboration terms and has received product from the brand, regardless if payment is involved, they are required to follow all collaboration guidelines and post by the post date. 

However, we understand not all products are meant for everyone and creators should always remain authentic to their followers.

If the product was damaged, caused a bad reaction, or ends up being incompatible with your audience, please let the brand know that the collaboration is not what you expected and that you don't feel it's in your best interest to market something you feel unauthentic about. Thank them for their consideration and respectfully request they provide a return label and cancel the collaboration from their end.

Please keep in mind that lack of communication will lead to the brand reporting you as delinquent and possibly suspension.
