How to Remove Members from Offers

Written by Heather Clark

While it's possible to remove members from offers, we recommend approaching this action with caution, as it cannot be undone. Removing a member should only be done in specific situations, such as:

  • The member was mistakenly added to the offer.

  • The member has never generated any conversions or sales.

  • The member violated the terms of your affiliate program.

If you simply want to deactivate a member's link or code, please refer to this article on deactivating offers.

ℹ️ Important: Members with unpaid commissions cannot be removed from an offer until their earnings have been paid.

How to Remove a Member from an Offer

If you decide that removing a member is necessary, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reporting > Sales Tracking.

  2. Select the offer that the member belongs to.

  3. Use the search bar to locate the member in the list and check the box next to their name.

  4. Click the ellipsis icon (…) and select "Remove from offer".

  5. Review the confirmation message and click “Remove" to proceed.

  6. After removal, you’ll see a confirmation message. Members are not automatically notified. If you’d like to send a message, click “Notify Members” to compose an email.

  7. The member will be moved to the “Removed Members List", which can be viewed by clicking the ellipsis icon (...) in the upper-right corner and selecting "View Removed Members".
