Key Considerations Before Removing a Member
When you remove a member from an offer, several irreversible changes occur. Be sure to review the following before proceeding:
The member's code and/or link will be deactivated and will no longer work.
Their conversion stats will be removed from the offer's stats and reports.
Once removed, the member cannot be re-added to the same offer.
This action cannot be undone.

How to Remove a Member from an Offer
If you decide that removing a member is necessary, follow these steps:
Go to Reporting > Sales Tracking.
Select the offer that the member belongs to.
Use the search bar to locate the member in the list and check the box next to their name.
Click the trash can icon labeled "Remove Members".
Review the confirmation message and click “Remove".
After removal, you’ll see a confirmation message. Members are not automatically notified. If you’d like to notify them, click “Notify Members” to compose an email.
The member will be moved to the “Removed Members List", which can be viewed by clicking the ellipsis icon (...) and selecting "View Removed Members".
