Project 2.0 gives you complete control over your project workflow. You can reorder stages, add custom steps, and configure task delivery to match your brand processes.
Accessing Workflow Tab
Navigate to your Project (must be a Project 2.0)
Go to Settings β Project Settings β Workflow tab
Workflow Stage Management
Reorder Existing Stages
In the Workflow tab, locate your stage list
Drag stages up or down to reorder
Changes apply immediately without affecting active creators
Use Creator Portal Preview to see creator experience
Add/Remove Stages
Click Add Stage for additional Aspire default stages
Or create a Custom Stage
Click the Trash icon to remove unnecessary stages
Stages integrate seamlessly with existing workflow
Choose Prerequisite Stages 
Select stages & move them to Prerequisite Stage section
These tasks need to be completed in sequential order before Creator unlocks the following stages.
Choose Flexible Stages 
Select stages & move them to Flexible Stage section
These tasks can be completed in any order by creators once they have completed all the stages in the Prerequisite Stage section.
Add Custom Stages 
Custom Stages let you create workflow steps beyond Aspire's defaults, with configurable actions, statuses, and forms to capture exactly what your brand needs.
Go to Project Settings β Workflow tab
Add a Custom Stage to your Workflow
Select from a template or create a Blank Custom Stage
Configure the new stage via the Custom Stages tab
