If you see posts in your Social Dashboard that you don’t want included in your reports, you can easily archive them. Archiving a post removes its metrics from your reporting, ensuring your data stays accurate and focused on the content that matters most.
How to Archive a Social Post
Directions:
Go to Social Dashboard > click into the Posts tab.
Using the table view or card view, select the checkbox on the post(s) you wish to archive or click on a post to open the content preview.
Click the Actions dropdown, then select Archive Post.
Click Archive X Post(s) to confirm.
How to View Archived Posts
Directions:
In your Post Analytics Dashboard, click Filters in the upper right corner.
Scroll down to find Display Archived Posts Only.
Select the checkbox, then click Apply.
How to Unarchive a Post
Directions:
Go to Social Dashboard > click into the Posts tab.
Using the table view or card view, select the checkbox on the post(s) you wish to archive or click on a post to open the content preview.
Click the Actions dropdown, then select Unarchive Post.
Click Unarchive X Post(s) to confirm.
