Overview
Creator Discovery is Aspire’s AI-powered creator search experience. Use natural-language prompts and advanced filters to quickly find creators who match your campaign needs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
You can search by niche, location, audience, performance, follower count, and more, then review data-rich creator profiles to evaluate potential partners.
Before You Begin
If you have multiple Instagram accounts or email addresses connected to Aspire, select the accounts you want to use from the drop-down menus at the top of the page.
Instagram account: The selected Instagram account is used to tailor your Instagram creator search results, if the account is eligible for Instagram’s Creator Marketplace.
Email address: The selected email address is used to send campaign invitations from Creator Discovery.
You can switch between connected Instagram accounts and email addresses at any time using these drop-down menus.
Searching for Creators
Creator Discovery offers three search modes:
AI Chat — Describe the creators you’re looking for using natural language.
Username — Search for a specific creator by their username.
Similar Creators — Find creators with similar audiences, aesthetics, or content styles. Coming soon.
AI Chat
Describe your ideal creator using natural language. You can include details such as content niche, topics, location, follower count, engagement rate, and audience characteristics. AI interprets your request and recommends creators who best match your criteria.
Example searches:
"Foodie influencers on Instagram with high engagement in Canada"
"TikTok fashion creators in the United States with 10k-50k followers"
"YouTube creators posting their work from home tips"
After your results appear, you can refine your search in two ways:
Continue chatting with AI to adjust your criteria.
For example, ask: “Limit results to creators with fewer than 100K followers and at least a 2% engagement rate.”
AI automatically applies the appropriate filters to your results.
Use filters to manually add or remove criteria. To adjust filters manually, select the Filters icon to open the filter panel.
Username
Use Username search when you already know which creator you want to find. Select Username as the search mode, then enter the creator's handle.
Similar Creators (coming soon!)
Enter a creator’s handle to discover other creators with similar audiences, aesthetics, or content styles.
View Creator Profiles
Select a creator to open their profile and review platform-verified insights. Creator profiles include four tabs:
Summary — the qualify-at-a-glance view. A Key Metrics card, content highlights, the creator's bio, brand mentions and past partnerships, and their campaign and group history with your brand.
Metrics — the full performance picture. Review engagement and reach metrics, engagement rate benchmarked against their follower-tier segment, a metric-over-time chart with month-over-month movement, and audience demographics.
Note: Data availability varies by social network and the creator's authorization status.
Recent Posts — Review the creator's content, filterable by sponsored vs. organic and sortable by most recent or top performing.
Aspire Profile — View information the creator has provided through the Aspire creator portal, organized in one place.
Why does a profile say "Profile not completed yet"?
This message means the creator hasn’t provided profile information in Aspire.
Creator-provided information—such as their media kit, interests, rates, and content preferences—won’t appear until the creator chooses to add it to their profile.
For creators who have completed an Aspire profile, you’ll see the information they’ve chosen to share. These details can provide additional context when evaluating whether a creator is a good fit for your campaign.
Invite Creators to Projects or Add to Groups
Once you find creators who match your campaign needs, you can invite them to campaigns, organize them into groups, or add them directly to campaigns.
To invite creators:
Select one or more creators by checking the box on their profile card, or next to their username in Table View.
Select Actions.
Choose one of the following options:
Invite: Send an invite email to the creator. Eligible creators will also receive their invite via IGDM.
Add to Group: Add the creator to the selected group.
Skip Invite & Add to Project: Skip the invite email and directly add the creator to a project.
Select the group or project from the menu.
You can also invite an individual creator directly from their Creator Profile by selecting Actions in the upper-right corner.
Manage Recent Searches
Recent Searches makes it easy to return to searches you’ve already performed.
On the Creator Discovery homepage, you’ll see your three most recent searches. Select View all to see additional searches, or select the Recent Searches icon in the AI chat panel.
From the Recent Searches panel, you can:
Pin or unpin searches
Rename searches
Delete searches
Note: Recent Searches are specific to your account. You’ll only see searches you performed, not searches performed by your teammates. Aspire stores up to 25 recent searches.
