Recruit affiliates with a branded application page and screening that runs itself.

Affiliate Recruit brings creator recruiting into Aspire. Build a public application page, set rules that approve qualified applicants the moment they apply, and review everyone in one queue. It's rolling out in beta now, so you may not see it in your account just yet.

What you get

  • A branded application page: Design the page creators apply through, with your logo, colors, hero image, and custom form questions. A two-step form captures email first, so even half-finished applications leave you a contact to follow up with.

  • Screening on autopilot: Automations check each application against your criteria, like Instagram follower count, then enroll qualified creators into an offer with a payout or send a decline email. No manual review required.

  • Recruiting from your mentions: When a creator tags your brand on Instagram, an automation can DM them your application link automatically. The people already talking about you become your applicant pool.

  • One review queue: See every applicant, their answers, and their status in the Applicants tab. Accept or reject manually, or let your automations decide; the queue shows you which one made the call.

Creators find you, apply, and get activated without you touching each one. That means a shorter path to their first sale.

Where to start

  1. Get access. Affiliate Recruit is in beta. Reach out to your customer success manager to join. [confirm: is beta access via CSM request, or self-serve under Settings → Beta Features → Affiliate Recruiting?]

  2. Build your landing page. Go to Offers, open the Recruit tab, and set up your branding, page content, and application form under Landing Page.

  3. Set your automations. Review the two default automations (application screening and Instagram mention DMs) and adjust the criteria, offers, and messages to fit your program. For the Instagram mention automation, connect your company Instagram account with both Listening and Direct Messaging enabled. Here's how to connect your Meta account.

  4. Review your applicants. Watch applications come in under the Applicants tab and handle anything your automations didn't decide.
