Step 1: Check your account permissions
You can find the permissions your account has by following these steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users and permissions
Click on your account to view the permissions assigned to you. You will need
Under Store permissions, you will need access to Orders, Products, and Customers.
Under App Permissions, you will need access to Manage and install apps and channels.
If you don't have these permissions, please contact your Shopify store admin to request access. Learn more about Shopify permissions here.

Step 2: Connect your Shopify Store
Click on your initials in the upper right corner and select Integrations.
Click Shopify on the left side.
Enter your Shopify store's URL.
Keep the permissions checked.
Click "Connect my store".
βLog into your Shopify admin.
Click "Install App" to connect your Shopify store to Aspire.

Upon connecting your store, our system will start pulling in your customer data. Please note: the sync may take up to 24 hours to complete.
Step 3: Import Products and Define Product Cost
Import products and collections to set up Product Catalogs for gifting.
Troubleshooting
If you are seeing a prompt to reconnect your Shopify store as shown below, it means that some permissions are missing. Please confirm your account has the permissions outlined in Step 1, then click Reconnect.
