How to assign social posts to a group or project

How to Assign Social Posts from Social Analytics

  1. Go to your Reporting tab and click on Social Analytics from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click on the Assign Posts section, then click on All on the right-hand side.
    โ€‹

  3. Select the post/s you would like to assign to a project, then select the project you want to assign it to from the drop-down menu.
    โ€‹

๐Ÿ’กWhen you click the "You" tab, you will only see posts from members that you are assigned to. If you click "All", you will see all posts, regardless of member owner.

๐Ÿ’กIf there's a white indicator with a project or group name on the post thumbnail, this means it has already been assigned to that project or group. You can re-assign the post to a different project by selecting the post and clicking "Assign to Project", then selecting the project you wish to re-assign it to.


How to Assign Social Posts from the Member Profile

  1. Click on the member's profile you want to assign social posts from. Once there, click on the Member Actions button on the top-right, and click on Social Post from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click Unassigned Posts on the left side.
    โ€‹

  3. Click on the post you want to assign, then select the Group and/or Project you want to assign it to.
    โ€‹

  4. Once done, click Save Assignments at the bottom of the screen.
    โ€‹

How to Manually Add Social Posts through the Member Profile

  1. Click on the member's profile you wish to assign social posts from, once there click on the Member Actions button on the top-right, and click on Social Post from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click Add New Post on the left side.
    โ€‹

  3. Enter the link to the creator's post, then click Add Post.
    โ€‹
