How to Export Contacts

Export contact data from the Contact Hub as a CSV file

Written by Ana Lopez

You can export contact data from the Contact Hub as a CSV file. Before downloading, you can customize which fields are included and apply filters to export only the contacts that match your criteria.

How to Export Contacts

1. Customize Your Columns

Before exporting your CSV, make sure the Contact Hub includes the fields you want to download.

  1. From the left navigation, click Contacts.

  2. Click the Edit Columns icon.

  3. Add or remove columns as needed.

  4. Arrange your columns to display the information in the order you prefer.

The columns you select determine which contact fields are included in your export.

2. Apply Filters (Optional)

You can apply filters to export a specific subset of your contacts. For example, if you only want to export contacts associated with a specific Project:

  1. Click Add Filter.

  2. Select the appropriate field, such as Project.

  3. Select the Project or other value you want to filter by.

  4. Apply the filter.

The Contact Hub will update to show only the contacts that match your criteria. You can also apply multiple filters to further narrow your results.

Tip: Saved Views can be useful if you regularly export the same set of contacts with the same columns and filters. Learn more about Saved Views.

3. Download Your CSV

Once you've selected your columns and applied any filters:

  1. Click the Download icon in the upper-right corner of the table.

  2. Select one of the following options:

    1. Download All Contacts

    2. Download Current Page Contacts

    3. Download Selected Contacts

  3. Your CSV file will download to your device.

The exported file will include the contact information based on the columns and filters you've selected.
