We know how important it is for your members to link their Instagram Insights — and we’ve made it easy to request this in bulk. Just follow the steps below to share a generic authorization link with multiple members at once.
How to Request Multiple Members to Link Insights
Go to Members > All Contacts. Click on Add Filters, then start typing "Insights Linked" and select that field. Choose the operation "is" and select "No", then click Add Filter.
This will return all of the members that do not have their Instagram Insights linked.
Click on any member's profile, then select Member Actions in the upper right corner and choose Social Post. From there, click Account Verification and select Ask to Authorize.
In the email composer, highlight and copy the URL up to?account_id=. The final URL you copy should look something like this:https://app.aspireiq.com/creators/client_auth/XXXXXX
This is a generic link that can be shared with multiple members to link their Instagram Insights.
Once you’ve copied the generic link, return to your All Contacts list and select all members whose Insights are not connected, then click Compose. Enter your message, paste the copied link, and click Send as X Emails to send a bulk email with each recipient BCC’d.
