Shopify Customer Integration
The Shopify integration lets you connect your Shopify store to Aspire and import your customer data from the past 12 months.
Once you grant Aspire access to your Shopify store:
Aspire imports your existing customer data from the past 12 months into your account.
After the initial import, your customer data automatically syncs every morning to keep your data up to date.

Find Customers to Collaborate With
Once your customer data has been imported, you can find your customers under Recruit > Customers.
To jumpstart your sourcing, use Saved Views to quickly identify high-priority customers and potential community members.
Identify Customers Who Are Active on Instagram
Under Saved Views, check out Customer Mentions and Influential Customers.
These segments can help you identify customers who are active on Instagram and may be a good fit for your community or ambassador program. Because they already engage with your brand and have an audience on Instagram, they can help introduce your brand to new potential customers.
Identify Your Most Loyal Customers
Use the Repeat Purchases, Top Order Counts, and Top Total Spent segments to find customers who regularly purchase from your brand.
These segments can help you identify your most engaged and loyal customers—the people who may already have a strong connection with your brand and could be interested in joining your community.
Sending Invites
Once you've identified people you want to work with, you can invite them to your program directly from Recruit > Customers.
To invite a customer:
Select the checkbox next to their name.
Select Actions.
Select Invite to Campaign.
Select the campaign you want to invite them to.
📣 Pro tip: Customize your invite email
Aspire provides a default invite email that is sent from the email address you've authorized. For better results, we recommend customizing the invite email to make it more relevant to your brand and program.
