When should we use the Track Posts stage?
Not all projects or collaborations will include Terms, which means you need an easy way to keep track of who is posting what. This is where Track Posts comes in! This stage uses mention listening to keep tabs on what your members are posting about you on Instagram and assigns their content to the proper project.
How does the "Track Posts" stage work?
The "Track Posts" stage is designed to keep looking for new Instagram posts that your brand has been tagged in, which means that members will move between "Wait for Live Posts" and "Review Posts".
Once a member posts, they'll move into the "Review Posts" stage where you can see the content they tagged you in and assign it to a project or group. Once the post has been assigned, the member will move back to the "Wait for Live Posts" stage.
What should I do with members in the Review Posts stage?
This is where you can review and assign the social posts that you've been tagged in. Click on "Review Posts" next to each member to see their content and assign it a project or group.
Once the post has been assigned, the member will move back to the "Wait for Live Posts" stage. You can leave members here to keep tracking new posts.
How can I move members to Completed?
Once you've captured all the posts you need for this project, go to the "Review Posts" stage and select all the members. Then, click the 3 dots and select "Skip this stage" to move them into the next stage of your project workflow, which is typically Completed.
If members are in Completed, but they post again, will they move back into the Review Posts stage?
No, once a member has been moved to Complete, you'll need to click Restart Project to add them back into your workflow. For this reason, we recommend keeping creators in the Review Posts stage until the project is complete.
