Standard Briefs provide a structured agreement between your brand and the creator. They outline the collaboration requirements—including deliverables, due dates, compensation, usage rights, ad permissions, and other campaign details—to ensure everyone has a shared understanding of expectations before work begins.

Once selected, provide the relevant details for each compensation method.
Usage Rights
Specify how your brand can use the creator's content after it has been delivered. This includes how long you can use the content and in what contexts or channels it can be used.
Content Usage Rights Duration
Choose one of the following durations:
3 months from approval or delivery
6 months from approval or delivery
1 year from approval or delivery
Custom: Number - Days/Months/Years (ex: 18 Months)
✏️ Note: Start dates and end dates are calculated by:
If approval is required → starts from the approval date
If approval is not required → starts from the submission date
Ad Access
Request advertising permissions from creators directly within the Brief. Depending on your campaign and the content deliverables you're asking for, you can request:
Instagram Paid Partnership Ads
Instagram Allowlisting
TikTok Spark Ads
YouTube Partnership Ads
You can also specify how long you'd like each permission to remain active.
Optional Additions
Add additional Terms & Conditions
Additional Terms & Conditions allow you to require creators to review and accept a standardized agreement in addition to your collaboration brief.
This feature is ideal when you have boilerplate legal language that applies across multiple creator partnerships. For example, you may have a standard agreement covering intellectual property, payment terms, FTC compliance, content licensing, or other legal terms that should be accepted. This feature also works well if you have separate agreements for paid partnerships, affiliate programs, or ambassador programs.
