Comprehensive Guide to Link Offer Reporting

To access your Sales Tracking dashboard, click on Reporting from the left-hand navigation bar, then select Sales Tracking.

Here, you'll find a high-level overview of your sales tracking offers and key performance metrics.

The Sales Stats section displays clicks, conversions, and sales data for all active offers by default.

Below the Sales Stats section, you'll see a list of all your sales tracking offers, allowing you to quickly identify top-performing offers.

Filter by Offer Type: Click the drop-down labeled "All Offers" and select "Sales Links" to view only Sales Link offers.

Filter by Offer Status: By default, only active offers are displayed. Click , select the desired offer statuses, and click Apply. Click Reset to remove filters.


Offer-Level Reports

Click an Offer Name to view detailed offer-level reports. Each offer includes a high-level summary of sales data for members within that offer.

Beneath the Sales Stats section, you’ll find a list of members associated with the offer and a summary of their conversion data.

🚀 Pro Tip: Click the column headers to sort data by Conversions, Sales Amount, or Average Sale to quickly identify top performers.

Below are the data points you will find in this report:

  • Members: Total members added to the offer.

  • Conversions: Total conversions from the member’s unique link.

  • Clicks: Total clicks on the member’s unique link.

  • Sales: Total sales amount generated from the member’s unique link.

  • Average Sales: Average sale per conversion, calculated as (Sales / Conversions).

  • Commission Earned: Total commission earned based on the sale amount and selected payout value at the time of conversion.

  • Payout Due: Total commission amount remaining to payout, calculated as (Commission Earned - Amount Paid).

  • Amount Paid: Total commission paid through the Sales Tracking dashboard. Payments made via other methods (e.g., projects, member profiles) are not included.

    💡 Note: All dollar values are displayed in USD. If your store accepts multiple currencies, refer to this help article to ensure your conversion tracking is set up to pass sale amounts in USD.


Offer Conversions Report

To view the conversion history for an offer, click the ellipsis icon in the upper-right corner of the offer, then select Offer Conversions Report.

The Offer Conversions Report will contain the following information for each conversion:

  • Order ID: Order number received through the adv_unique1 parameter.

  • Affiliate: Member whose link drove the conversion.

  • Sales: Sale amount for the conversion.

  • Commission Earned: Commission earned based on the sale amount and payout value at the time of conversion.

  • Status: Conversion status (Accepted, Rejected, Duplicate).

  • Date: Date and time the order was placed.

You can search by Order ID or affiliate name, and adjust the time range to refine the results.


Member Conversions Summary

Within a Link Tracking Offer, click “View Stats” next to a member to see a detailed breakdown of their conversions.

The Member Conversions Summary includes:

  • Member's name, unique link, link status, and current commission value.

  • Sales Stats: Total conversions, clicks, sales, average sales, commission earned, and amount paid.

Conversion History

Below the Sales Stats section, you'll find a detailed record of all sales associated with the member's unique link.

For each link tracking conversion, you will see the following data points:

  • Date: Date and time the order was placed.

  • Order ID: Order number received through the adv_unique1 parameter.

  • Sales: Sale amount for the conversion.

  • Commission Earned: Commission earned based on the selected payout value at the time of conversion.

  • Status: Conversion status (Accepted, Rejected, Duplicate).
