Our Shopify Promo Code integration enables brands to track traffic and sales at a more specific level. It also provides incentives for ambassadors to be more active in promoting and engaging with your brand, amplifying your brand’s voice.

How to add a Promo Code Offer to your Project
You will need to add the Sales tracking stage "Promo Codes"
Once sales tracking stages are added you can set up the offers within the stage by Clicking on Promo Code > Generate Promo Codes
Next, click on Set Up Offer. You can select from an existing offer or generate New Offer
🙅♂️ You will not be able to link an offer that is already assigned to another project or to a project that already has an offer linked.

How to set up a new Promo Code Offer
Step 1: Fill out your Offer details
Complete the Offer Name
+ Add Description (optional and internal)
+ Upload image or select an icon (optional)
Step 2: Customize your commission and discounts
Offer Type: Amount Off will be selected by default, but you also have the option to select Buy X Get Y Discount
Define a Discount Value for your Promo Codes
Edit and add Payouts to set up your Commission Tiers!
Select between Commission per Sale (CPS %) or Cost per Conversion ($)
Step 3: Configure any additional settings

*Note: For Purchase Type, you will need to enable Subscriptions in Shopify before you are able to select this option on Aspire. It will require refreshing the Shopify connection on Aspire.

If you want to adjust the start date, or optionally add an end date for your promo codes.
The end date will determine when the promo code is expired, and not longer applicable.
You can also enable custom dates per promo code if you want the active periods to change from creator to creator.
In Shopify, each code will be grouped separately based on their active period.
Naming strategy
Naming strategy
The naming strategy of your codes will determine how each unique code is named. Here are the options we currently support:
First Intial + Last Name
First Name + Last Initial
Full Name
Instagram Username
You can optionally include a prefix or a suffix in your naming convention.
✅ Once the Offer is complete you are now ready to Generate Unique Codes for creators. You can add directly from the Offer in the Sales Tracking Dashboard or head back to the Project Promo Code stage
Connect Promo Code Offer to your project
Navigate to the project you wish to connect the offer to > Select the Promo Code stage > Generate Promo Code substage > Set Up Offer within the yellow banner > Select the Promo Code offer you just created!
Within the Promo Code workflow stage, you will generate your promo codes. Once connected, you can:
Make adjustments to the promo code name.
Customize the promo code active dates (if that setting is selected under Offer Active Dates).
Define which payout tier will be assigned to which creator!
