How to Archive Offers

Learn how to archive offers to keep your Sales Tracking dashboard organized

Overview

Archiving offers is a great way to organize your Sales Tracking dashboard by hiding offers that are no longer in use while preserving the data associated with them.

ℹ️ Note: Archiving an offer will not affect the stats or data associated with it. However, all promo codes* and links within the archived offer will be automatically deactivated, and you will no longer be able to add members to the offer.

*When you archive a promo code offer, the codes will be deactivated in Aspire and deleted from the Discounts tab within your Shopify store. Reporting will still be available in the sales by discount report in Shopify and within Aspire.

How To Archive an Offer

  1. Go to Reporting > Sales Tracking.

  2. Click on the offer name you want to archive.

  3. In the top-right corner, click the ellipsis icon (…) and select Archive Offer.

  4. Review the confirmation message and click Archive.

  5. Once archived, you will see a banner with the team member's name who archived the offer and the date it was archived.

How to View Archived Offers

  1. Go to Reporting > Sales Tracking.

  2. Click the filter icon next to the search bar. Select Archived and click Apply.

  3. The Sales Stats summary will update based on the filters applied.

  4. Click on an offer to view the offer's stats. You will be notified that the offer has been archived — click Continue to proceed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I unarchive an offer?

Currently, it is not possible to unarchive an offer. If you need assistance, please contact our Support Team.

What actions can I take within an archived offer?

You can still perform the following actions within an archived offer:

  • Email members

  • Export CSV

  • Send commission payments

  • View Stats for individual members

  • View Offer Conversions Report

  • View Offer Update History

However, you will not be able to:

  • Add members

  • Reactivate links or promo codes

  • Edit payout values

  • Refresh promo codes

  • Edit offer settings

Can members still access their affiliate performance dashboard?

Yes, even if the offer is archived, members will still have access to their affiliate performance dashboard.
