The Product Fulfillment dashboard helps you monitor the status of orders sent to creators, uncover trends, and assess cost efficiency. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions, optimizing your product gifting and seeding strategies for maximum impact and efficiency.
To access your Product Fulfillment Dashboard, go to Reporting > Product Fulfillment.
Section I: Analytics
This section provides an overview and visual charts highlighting order fulfillment statistics and insights across various projects for the selected date range. By default, the dashboard displays data from the last 6 months, but you can easily adjust the timeframe by using the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner to select a different time period.
Order Overview
The Order Overview section provides a snapshot of your orders across all projects.

Total Orders Created
Total Orders Created
The total number of orders that have been placed, including orders waiting for fulfillment, in transit, and delivered. Below this metric, you'll see the rate of change in the total number of orders.
Waiting for Fulfillment
Waiting for Fulfillment
The total number of orders that are awaiting processing or shipment. The rate of change in these orders is displayed below this metric.
In Transit
In Transit
The total number of orders that are currently in transit but not yet delivered.
Delivered
Delivered
The total number of orders that have successfully been delivered.
Project Fulfillment Summary
The Project Fulfillment Summary table provides a detailed breakdown of the order review, fulfillment, and delivery phases. You can view this data by projects or by owners using the toggles in the upper-right corner.
To see the individual orders associated with each project or owner, click the → in the View column. To export this data into a CSV file, click the export 
icon.

Invited: Members who have been invited to the project.
Waiting For Creator: Order requests that have not been submitted yet.
Direct Gifting: Orders created using the Product Fulfillment stage or the Create Gift Order app on a member's profile.
Submitted: Order requests submitted by the member for review.
Accepted: Order requests that have been approved.
Pending: Order requests that have not been reviewed yet.
Waiting For Fulfillment: Orders that have been submitted but not yet shipped.
In Transit: Shipments currently on their way to the destination.
Delivered: Packages successfully delivered to the recipient.
Order Analysis
The Order Analysis section provides a comprehensive view of your orders, including total order volume, order value, and cost efficiency metrics. Use this section to monitor changes over time and identify trends.
Order Type Breakdown
Total Orders: The total number of orders processed during the selected timeframe. The percentage below shows the rate of change over time.
Order Types:
Creator Selected: Orders initiated by a creator through the Creator Product Selection or Product Catalog workflow stage.
Gift Orders: Orders created by a brand user using the Product Fulfillment workflow stage or Create Gift Order app on member profiles.
Offline Processed: Orders initiated through the Product Request Form that are processed offline.

The total cost of the products associated with all orders created.
Average Order Cost

The average cost per order, calculated as Total Order Costs divided by Total Orders.
Total Product Units

The total number of individual products across all orders.
Max Order Value

The highest order value among all orders.
Min Order Value

The lowest order value among all orders.
The bar graph visually represents the distribution of order values. Hover over each bar to view the metrics on a weekly basis.
Creator Breakdown
Top 25 Products
Gain insights into the products most frequently selected by creators. This table shows the top products, the number of units sent, and their total cost.
Top 25 Creators
Identify the creators who have received the most orders or the highest value of items. Use the toggle in the upper-right corner to switch between viewing top creators by the total number of orders or by the total cost of items sent.
Creator Type
View the number of orders sent to each creator type based on their follower segment, or see the total spend associated with each segment.
Order Demographic Regions
View where creator orders are being shipped, either by country (for international shipments) or by state (for U.S.-based shipments). Hover over the highlighted areas to view the number of orders placed in each region.
Creator's Orders
Number of Creators: The total count of unique creators who have submitted order requests during the selected time period.
Average Orders Per Creator: The average number of order requests submitted by each creator, calculated by dividing the total number of orders by the number of creators.
Average Cost Per Creator: The average cost associated with order requests submitted by each creator, calculated by dividing the total order cost by the number of creators.
Average Products Per Creator: The average number of products selected by each creator, calculated by dividing the total number of products by the number of creators.
Catalog Insights
If you're using the Product Catalog stage in your project workflows to allow creators to select their own products, this section provides a snapshot of your brand catalogs.

Looking for a specific order? Use the search bar to find orders by creator name, order ID, or product name.
You can also apply filters based on fulfillment status, owner, and/or project by clicking the
