Aspire's Creator Discovery tool helps you find high-fit creators by describing your ideal matches in plain language and letting AI handle the rest. This feature expands your sourcing capabilities beyond Aspire’s Marketplace and Creator Search, giving you direct access to millions of creators across Instagram's Creator Marketplace and the TikTok One Marketplace.
What It Is
Creator Discovery combines the power of Meta's Creator Discovery API, TikTok's TikTok One API, and Aspire’s AI-powered natural language search to help you find ideal creators using advanced filters and intelligent search technology.
Compared to traditional search methods, Creator Discovery offers:
Advanced filtering options: audience demographics, engagement rate, interests, and more
AI-powered natural language search: converts natural language prompts into targeted searches, surfacing relevant creators faster
Verified analytics: View detailed creator information including follower counts, engagement rates, recent posts, previous brand partnerships, and audience demographics pulled directly from Instagram and TikTok.
Unified workflow: Creators can be added to projects, saved to groups, or invited directly to projects.
How It Works
Search Using Natural Language
Describe your perfect creators by describing content style or topics, audience characteristics and performance data (e.g., engagement rate, views).
Example: “Fitness creators in Canada who post beginner-friendly workouts with 5–10% engagement rate and a mostly Gen Z audience.”
Aspire’s AI interprets your request and recommends creators who match your criteria across Instagram and TikTok.
Fine-Tune Results with Advanced Filters
Use filters to refine your results even further. Apply filters based on criteria such as:
Creator location
Follower count
Typical views
Engagement rate
Audience location
Audience gender
Audience age
Organic content themes
Commercial experience across various verticals
And more!
Filters vary by platform, but all are designed to help you quickly narrow down to high-fit creators.
Review Creator Profiles
Click on a creator’s profile to get an overview of their most recent posts and performance insights to determine if they meet your project criteria. See their total videos, total likes, typical views, and engagement rate. These insights help you confidently determine whether a creator aligns with your campaign needs.
How to Enable Instagram Creator Discovery
To source Instagram creators, your brand’s Instagram account must be connected and eligible for Instagram’s Creator Marketplace. There are no requirements to view TikTok creators.
Reconnect your brand's Instagram account in Aspire by going to Settings > Instagram (Meta).
Click Reconnect next to your Instagram account.
When the screen titled "What is AspireIQ allowed to do" appears, ensure the following permissions are toggled on:
Access Instagram’s creator marketplace with the Instagram accounts you selected
Discover content creators on the Instagram Creator Marketplace platform
If your account is eligible, you’ll be prompted to accept Instagram’s terms and conditions. If your account isn’t eligible, a message will appear indicating that your account is not currently eligible.
After clicking Continue, you’ll be redirected back to Aspire. If the correct permissions were granted and your account is eligible, you’ll see a green Active status beneath Creator Discovery.
Go to Recruit > Creator Discovery to begin finding creators.
