Getting Started with Contact Hub
What is the Contact Hub?
Contact Hub is your centralized CRM for managing creator relationships. It replaces the previous Members tab and brings together contact information, campaign history, ROI metrics, affiliate performance, ad performance, and social analytics into a single, organized workspace — giving you everything you need to make informed decisions about your creator program.
Navigating the Contact Hub
To access the Contact Hub, click Contacts in the left navigation, then select Contacts or choose a contact group.
By default, Contact Hub displays your contacts in a table view with the following columns:
Name
Email address
Social handles
Relationship owner
Date added
Click the
icon to customize the columns displayed in the table and adjust the number of rows shown per page.
Switching Views
Use the saved views in the upper-left corner to quickly switch between different preset reports.
Default views include:
ROI Report — shows total ROI, sales cost ROI, social CPM, and CPE. Hover over any metric to see how it's calculated.
Affiliate Report — shows total clicks, conversions, sales, commissions earned and paid, and average sales amount.
Ads Performance — shows total Impressions, Reach, Clicks, Spend, Purchase, ROAS, CTR, CPM and CPC.
Social Performance — shows total number of posts, last mention date, organic and paid engagements, organic and paid impressions, potential reach, engagement rate, and TMV.
By default, reports display data from the last 6 months. You can change the reporting period using the Report Date drop-down.
