How To Connect Your Shopify Store

To connect your Shopify store to Aspire, please watch the video below or keep scrolling for written directions.


Step 1: Check your account permissions

To begin with, your Shopify account needs to have the below general permissions: Orders, Products, Customers, and Apps and Channels.

These permissions allow us to retrieve your customer and order data that will be integrated with Aspire. If you don't have the permissions, please contact your Shopify store admin for access.

Step 2: Connect your Shopify Store to Aspire

Hover over your initials in the top right corner and select Integrations. Click Shopify on the left side and enter your Shopify store's URL, then click "Connect my store".

You'll be prompted to login to your Shopify store. Once logged in, click "Install App" to connect your Shopify store to Aspire.

Once your store is connected, the system will start pulling in your customer data. Please note that the sync may take up to 24 hours to complete.

โ—NOTE: If you are seeing a prompt to reconnect your Shopify store as shown below, it means that some scopes are missing from your Shopify integration. You will have to make sure that all permissions mentioned in Step 1 are selected.
