You can now edit payout values in bulk for a specific set of members or adjust the payout value for an individual member. This gives you the flexibility to increase a member’s commission payout value or switch a member’s payout structure from cost per click to percentage of sales.
There are a few different places where you can edit the payout values for your members. In this article, we’ll review how to edit payout values for members from your Sales Tracking dashboard, project workflow, and member profiles.
📣 Important Notes:
When editing payout values per member, you may only select from your previously created payout options. We do not support the ability to create new payout options when editing offers per member. To add or edit the payout options for an offer, please go to your offer settings.
We recommend you compose an email to the affected member(s) to notify them of any changes, as they will not receive an automatic notification when edits are made.
How to Edit Offers for Members From Sales Tracking
Go to Reporting > Sales Tracking
Select an Offer
Select one or multiple members
Click “Manage Offer for members”
Click “Edit Payout Value”
Choose the payout option you wish to apply to the selected member(s). This will update the payout value for all selected members. For reference, you'll be able to see which payout option(s) the selected member(s) currently belong to.
Click “Update Offer”
Compose a message to notify the member. This is optional, but highly recommended.
How to Edit Offers Within a Project Stage
Go to a project and click into any stage
Select one or multiple members
Click the 3 dots, then select “Manage Offers”
Your project workflow must include a sales tracking stage (either Promo Code, Sales Link, or Sales Link + Promo Code) and have at least one offer connected to the project in order to see the “Manage Offers” button.
Choose the Offer you wish to edit from a list of the offers connected to the project. If a member does not belong to the selected offer, they will be excluded.
Click “Edit Payout Value”
Choose the payout option you wish to apply to the selected member(s). This will update the payout value for all selected members. For your reference, you'll be able to see which payout option(s) the selected member(s) currently belong to.
Click “Update Offer”
Compose a message to notify the member. This is optional, but highly recommended.
How to Edit an Offer for an Individual Member
Go to the member's profile by clicking on their name from within a project or by searching for them in the Members tab.
Within the member’s profile, navigate to the Sales Tracking section on the right-hand side under Member Details
Click “Manage Offers”
Choose the Offer you wish to edit from a list of the active offers that the member belongs to.
Click “Edit Payout Value”
Choose the payout option you wish to apply to the selected member. For reference, you'll be able to see which payout option the member currently belongs to.
Click “Update Offer” and you're done!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bulk update payout values for select members?
Yes, you can select multiple members and bulk change the payout value. We will show you a summary of the current payout values for the members selected and what the value will be updated to. All members selected will be moved to the payout option selected. We do not currently support the ability to assign different payout options to multiple members at one time.
For example, if you want to move 100 members to Payout A and another 50 to Payout B, you will need to do this in two batches. You would first select the 100 members and update their payout values, then select the 50 members and update their payout values.
When a payout value is changed for a member, does it recalculate the previous conversions?
No, any prior conversions and commissions earned for those conversions will not be recalculated. Only future conversions will use the new payout value.
Will creators receive an automatic notification if we edit the payout values?
No, we will not send an automatic email notification to members when the payout value has been edited. We highly recommend you compose an email to the affected member(s). Any changes will be reflected immediately in the member’s Creator Portal.
Is it possible to edit the payout values for an expired offer?
No. However, if you reactivate the offer by editing the expiration date so it’s set in the future, then you will be able to edit the payout values.
What offers are shown when editing payout values for members within a project?
We will show you a list of all connected offers that belong to the selected member(s), using the following logic:
We will only show offers that are currently connected to the project
We will only show Active offers that the selected members belong to
We will not include offers that the selected members belong to outside of the current project
We will not include offers that were previously connected to the project
We will include both promo code and link offers (if applicable)
