You can bulk activate or deactivate promo codes and/or links for individual members or a specific set of members. This provides you with greater control over member’s offers while also enabling scale through bulk actions.

Here’s a brief overview of what Activate vs. Deactivate means:

  • Activate: we will update the promo code or link status to “Active” for the selected member(s) within the selected offer. Previously deactivated codes or links within the offer will become active. There will be no impact on codes or links that are currently active.

  • Deactivate: we will update the promo code or link status to “Deactivated” for the selected member(s) within the selected offer. Any active codes or links within the offer will be deactivated. There will be no impact on codes or links that were previously deactivated.

Keep reading to learn how to activate or deactivate offers from your Sales Tracking dashboard, project workflow, and member profiles.

📣 Important Note: We recommend you compose an email to the affected member(s) to notify them of these changes, as they will not receive an automatic notification when edits are made.
