Within your Sales Tracking dashboard under the Reporting tab, you will first see a high-level summary of the data associated with all of your offers.

Below the "Sales Stats" section, you can filter by offer type to see a list of your Promo Code Offers. Simply click the drop-down where it shows "All Offers", then select "Promo Codes".

This will provide you with a bird's-eye view of your Promo Code Offers so you can easily identify which ones are performing the best. For a more detailed view, click on the Offer's Name to open up an offer-level report.

Offer-Level Reports

When you click on a Promo Code Offer, you will see a high-level summary of the data associated with that offer.

Below are the data points you will find in this report:

  • Members: Total number of members added to the offer.

  • Conversions: Total number of conversions associated with the member’s promo code.

  • Sales: Total sales amount for the orders associated with the member’s promo code. Sales are calculated based on the currency exchange rates during the time of conversion. See this article for more information.

  • Average Sales: Average sales amount for the orders associated with the member’s promo code. This is calculated as Sales / Conversions.

  • Commission Earned: Total payout value for the conversions associated with the member's promo code. The commission amount is based on the Payout option selected for the member at the time the conversion is registered in Aspire. This value is calculated based on the Sales value of the order as recorded in USD equivalents (if the store currency is not USD).

  • Payout Due: Total commission amount remaining to payout.

  • Amount Paid: Total commission amount that has been paid through Aspire's Sales Tracking dashboard. Payments that are sent through a project or member profile will not be reflected.

Beneath the "Sales Stats" section, you'll find a table view of all the members that belong to this offer and a summary of each member's conversion data. This information can be exported into a CSV by clicking the 3 dots, then selecting "Export CSV".

🚀 Pro Tip: Click on the column headers to sort the values in ascending or descending order. You can sort by Conversions, Sales Amount, or Average Sale to identify your top performers.

Within the Member Conversions Summary, you will see basic information about the member, including their name, promo code, promo code status, and current commission value.

The "Sales Stats" section will show their total number of conversions, sales, average sales, commission earned, and amount paid.

For offers with promo syncing enabled, you'll see an option to view “Store Wise Data Conversion”. This section will show you the conversions, sales, average sales, and commission earned for each connected Shopify store in your store’s local currency and the USD equivalent.

Note: Conversion details will only be shown for connected Shopify stores that have generated conversions within the date range selected.

You can filter by date and search for specific Order IDs. For offers with promo syncing enabled, you'll also see an option to filter by "All Stores" or specific Shopify stores.

For each promo code conversion, you will see the following data points:

Note: Conversion details will only be shown for connected stores that have generated conversions within the date range selected.
