This article outlines the steps to edit, remove, and filter deep links, making it easier to manage your members' links. Whether you’re working from the Sales Tracking Dashboard or an individual member profile, these features enable you to edit links in bulk or individually, remove links as needed, and filter links by labels.
Primary Links vs. Additional Links
A primary link is the URL assigned to a member’s link when they are added to an offer. This is often the Offer URL, unless a deep link was added at the time of generating the link. Primary links are labeled as “default” and can be edited, but not deleted.
Additional links are deep links created either by your team or the member themselves to direct users to specific pages or products after the link was initially generated.

How to Edit Deep Links
You may want to edit the URL for your deep links to ensure they are directing users to the most relevant or updated pages, such as new product offerings or promotional content. You can easily update links in bulk or individually by following these steps.
Using the Sales Tracking Dashboard
Go to Offers tab
Click into an offer.
Select the member(s) whose deep links you want to edit.
Click the pencil icon labeled Manage Member's Offer
Click on Manage Deep Links
Select one or multiple links.
Click Update Links.
Enter a new label and/or deep link URL.
Click Update Link to save changes.
How to Remove Deep Links
You may want to remove deep links if they are no longer relevant, such as when a product is discontinued or a promotion has ended. Removing outdated or incorrect links helps maintain a seamless user experience, preventing customers from being directed to broken or irrelevant pages. You can remove deep links by following these steps:
Using the Sales Tracking Dashboard
Go to Reporting > Sales Tracking.
Click on an offer to open it.
Select the member(s) whose deep links you want to remove.
Click the pencil icon labeled "Manage Offer for members".
Click Manage Deep Links.
Select one or multiple links.
Click Remove.
