Aspire's CreatorAds feature lets you promote Instagram content directly from the platform, automatically handling creator permissions and streamlining your workflow from content approval to ad launch.

Prerequisites

Meta Ad Account & Content Requirements

Connect Meta Ad Account & Grant Permissions

  1. Navigate to Account Settings > Integration > Instagram (Meta)

  2. Add an Ad Account > Confirm Create Ads is active

  3. Under Ad Publishers, grant team members Draft or Publish permissions

Step 1: Identify Posts

  1. Navigate to Reporting > Social Dashboard > Posts

  2. Browse your content in Card View or Table View

  3. Use filters to find specific posts, projects, or creators

  4. Select the post you are interested in boosting

Step 2: Confirm Eligibility

Our system will automatically check two things:

  • Content Eligibility: Verifies the post meets Meta's requirements (music, etc.)

  • Permission Status: Checks if you have paid partnership permission

Green Status: Ready to Go

  • You have permission and content is eligible

  • Proceed directly to ad creation

Yellow Status: Permission Needed

  • Content is eligible but you lack paid partnership permission

  • You can still create the ad - Aspire will request permission on your behalf

  • Creator will receive a notification to approve the request

  • Ad will be created automatically once approved

Red Status: Content Not Eligible

  • Post contains restricted elements (copyrighted music, certain stickers)

  • Cannot proceed with this content
