Recruit Hub brings creator sourcing under one roof. Instead of choosing between filter-based Creator Search and AI Creator Discovery, you now get one discovery surface where plain-language search and structured filters work side by side. Your applicants, customer data, and brand mentions live right alongside it.
What you get
One place to find creators: Creator Search and AI Discovery are now a single flow. Start with a sentence or jump straight to filters, then refine without switching tools.
Meet Astra, AI Discovery Chat: Describe your ideal creator in plain language, then adjust the results by replying in the chat. No filter syntax to learn, no starting over.
YouTube as a source: YouTube creators now appear in Discovery alongside Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, so cross-platform programs source from one pool.
Every applicant in one queue: Review, approve, reject, or shortlist applicants across all your campaigns from a single view, individually or in bulk. (Coming soon)
Your existing fans, surfaced: Customers (via Shopify) and Mentions (Instagram and TikTok) have been moved into the Recruit Hub, so the people already buying from you or tagging you are one click from recruited.
One search. Every platform. The whole recruit funnel in one hub.
Where to start
Head to Recruit in your Aspire account. Discovery, Applicants, Customers, and Mentions all live there now.
Try the chat. Describe the creator you're looking for the way you'd describe them to a colleague. Refine from there.
Check your connections. To surface Instagram Marketplace creators, your brand's Instagram account needs to be connected to Aspire and eligible for Instagram's Creator Marketplace.
