How to deposit a Balance to your account:
To deposit a balance via ACH, wire, or check, complete this Invoice Request Form HERE. An invoice will be emailed to you. Once the invoice has been paid and the funds have been received, Aspire's accounting team will add the funds to your platform balance.
How to Add a Credit Card to your account:
To add your credit card information, click on your initials in the top right corner, then select Workspace Settings > Payments > Add a Card. Please note that there is a Payment Processing Fee per each transaction. See the current fees here: https://www.aspire.io/legal/handling-and-processing-fees.
Aspire uses Stripe for credit card processing. Stripe prioritizes high-level security measures and has been certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. For more context, this is the highest security standard in the payments industry. They have strict policies with maintaining these standards and regularly monitor accounts to provide additional security for partners such as Aspire.
