The Sales Tracking dashboard is your central hub to manage link tracking and promo code offers, analyze member performance, and pay out commissions — all in one place.

To access your Sales Tracking dashboard, click on Reporting from the left-hand navigation, then select Sales Tracking.

Below is a video walkthrough:

Dashboard Homepage

By default, the homepage shows a summary of member performance across all active offers for the last 6 months.

Key Actions

In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you’ll find quick actions to help you customize and manage your view:

  • Adjust Date Range – Choose from preset ranges (e.g., Last 6 months, Month to Date) or set a custom date range.

  • Apply Filters – Narrow down results by:

    • Offer status (active, paused, expired, archived)

    • Offer type (sales link or promo code)

    • Connected projects

    • KPI filters (clicks, conversions, sales amount, commissions earned, payouts, average sale)

  • Send PaymentPay out commissions due across all active offers with one click.

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see widgets highlighting primary and secondary KPIs:

  • Members: Total members across all offers (members in multiple offers are counted more than once).

  • Members with Conversions: Members with at least one conversion.

  • Conversions: Accepted conversions recorded.

  • Clicks: Total link clicks.

  • Total Sales: Total sales generated (USD).

  • Sales per Member: Total Sales ÷ Members with Conversions.

  • Commissions Earned: Total commission earned (USD).

  • Average Commission per Member: Commissions Earned ÷ Members with Conversions.

  • Payments Due: Outstanding commission payments (USD).

  • Members with Payments Due: Number of members awaiting payment.

Below the summary, you’ll see a table of offers with detailed performance stats. From here, you can:

  • Search by offer name

  • Export data to a CSV file

  • Customize the columns displayed

To create a new offer, click Add Offer, then select the offer type.

Offer-Level Reports

Click on an offer name to drill down into its offer-level dashboard. Here, you’ll see both a performance summary for the offer and creator-level reporting for all members within the offer.

Offer-Level Actions

The same top-right icons let you adjust timeframes, apply filters, or process commission payments specific to that offer.

Below the summary, you can also:

  • Add or remove members

  • Edit offers for members (activate/deactivate, refresh promo codes, edit payout values, etc.)

  • Email members their link or promo code

  • Manage rewards for members

  • Search for members by name or promo code
