In order to send payments through the platform, you must add a credit card or have sufficient funds in your account balance.
How to Add a Credit Card
To add a credit card, click on your initials, then select Settings > Payments > Add a Card. Please note that there is a Payment Processing Fee per each transaction. To see the current fees, visit https://www.aspire.io/legal/handling-and-processing-fees.
Aspire uses Stripe for credit card processing. Stripe prioritizes high-level security measures and has been certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. For more context, this is the highest security standard in the payments industry. They have strict policies with maintaining these standards and regularly monitor accounts to provide additional security for partners such as Aspire. How to Deposit a Balance:
There are two options to deposit a balance via ACH, wire, or check.
Option 1: Request an Invoice Directly in Aspire
You can easily request an invoice directly within Aspire if you are added as a user.
Here's how:
Click your initials in the lower-left corner of Aspire.
Select Settings from the menu that appears.
Under the "Workspace" section, choose "Request Invoice."
This action will open the invoice form, which will have some fields already filled in with your account information, saving you time.
Option 2: Use the Invoice Request Link
Use the Invoice Request link HERE. This link is available to all users within your organization, whether they are platform users or not.
Once you've submitted your request using either option, an invoice will be emailed to you. As soon as the invoice has been paid and the funds have been received, Aspire's Accounting Team will add the funds to your platform balance.
