Aspire’s Social Dashboard is designed to help you quickly view key performance results and make data-driven decisions. This dashboard replaces our existing social analytics, bringing all your metrics into one unified view.

You'll also notice that social stats across other parts of our platform, such as the Impact Dashboard and Project Overview, are now powered by this enhanced data!

👀 Watch the video below for a quick demo!

Overview

The Social Dashboard is organized into four main tabs, each offering a unique perspective on your social performance:

  1. Summary: Get a quick snapshot of your overall performance—including Reach, Impressions, Engagement, and Total Media Value (TMV). Easily track follower growth, TMV breakdowns, and key trends over time.

  2. Posts: Scan all live posts quickly with a thumbnail-style grid that makes performance trends easy to spot, or analyze post metrics in a table view for a more granular breakdown.

  3. Members: Evaluate creator performance using top metrics like Reach, Impressions, and Engagement. Visualize posts created over time and see distribution by creator tier.

  4. Networks: Break down performance by social platform and post type. Compare high-level metrics across networks and dive into detailed results by post type to see what’s performing best where.

Key Metrics at a Glance

The following metrics are available on each tab of the Social Post Dashboard to help you monitor performance at a glance:

  • Posts: Total active posts filtered by the dates, projects, and groups selected. An active post is defined as a post that received an impression or interaction within the selected date range.

  • Members: Total active members filtered by the dates, projects, and groups selected. An active member is defined as a member whose post received an impression or interaction within the selected date range.

  • Impressions: Total views of posts and videos across all networks.

  • Engagement: Total likes, comments, saves, and shares for any available post type.

  • Reach: Total number of unique users who viewed at least one post.

  • Total Media Value (TMV): Total Media Value (TMV) represents the estimated monetary value of content performance, calculated based on engagement, reach, and impressions across all selected posts. This value is filtered by the selected dates, projects, and groups.

🚀 Pro Tip: Each metric includes a trend arrow that compares your performance to the previous time period based on the selected date range filter (e.g., the last 6 months). Green indicates an increase, while red reflects a decrease.

Hover over the arrow to view the exact value from the previous period and the percentage change.

Global Filters & Default Views

By default, all sections of the Social Dashboard display data for the last six months, filtered for active projects, include estimated data, and show Organic metrics.

You can customize your view using the following filter options:

Date Filters

  • Predefined Time Ranges: This Week, Last Week, Last Month, Month to Date, Last Quarter, Quarter to Date, Last 6 Months, Year to Date, or All Time.
