Every creator program, one place to run it.
Run a creator program from first application to final payment without losing track of a single person.
A Campaign holds everything one program touches: the creators, the stages they move through, the agreements they sign, the product you ship, and the results you report. Every creator sits in exactly one stage so your counts reconcile, and because actions aren't locked to stages, you can do what the moment calls for instead of what the workflow expects. Three key components:
Stage tracking — One creator, one stage, live counts across the top of the Workflow tab and the right CTA on every row.
Out-of-sequence actions — Send a promo code, ship product, or send the agreement to someone who hasn't reached that step, with a confirmation so it's never accidental.
Four-step setup — Pick a type, set the objective, name it, review. The objective you set at creation becomes the reporting you get later.
What's included:
A quick-start template: Pick Influencer Content for paid content work, Product Gifting for seeding and organic mentions, Affiliates for long-term partners driving sales, or Custom Project when your process doesn't match the others. Your pick loads the default stages, and you can change them any time.
Goals you can track from day one: Every objective you choose becomes a goal with a metric and a target, visible from the Overview tab. Set it once at creation and the reporting builds itself.
Workflow tracking for your campaigns: The Workflow tab is where you'll spend most of your time. Stage tabs across the top show live counts, and each creator's next action sits as a button on their row.
Flexibility within the workflow: Act before a creator reaches a stage. The three-dot menu on their row lets you generate a promo code or send a catalog early, and when they do reach that stage, they skip what's already done.
Your creators, briefs, offers, payments, and history all carried over. Your creators see no change in their portal.
Where to start:
Setup takes four steps and under a minute. The heavier configuration, like brief content, offers, and catalogs, happens afterward from Settings.
Campaign type. Pick a template. It loads your default stages.
Objectives. Choose your goals, then set metrics and targets.
Details. Add a name, dates, an image, and any hashtags you want tracked.
Review. Confirm your setup, and turn automations on or off before you create.
Add creators. Creators can reach your Campaign five ways: your application page, a direct invite, Creator Discovery, your Contact Hub CRM, or a CSV import.
